This site was constructed as a partial requirement for my final course, Education 6390, in the Masters of Education program at Memorial University of Newfoundland.  Included are various links, each of which I believe to be of value to mathematics educators.  In addition, I have included my research findings regarding the teaching and learning of mathematics in rural schools and a survival guide for new teachers that will be teaching or plan on teaching in rural schools.
